In addition to financial support, the transfer of know-how in the handling of recyclables has a not to be underestimated, valuable effect for those countries that have very little professional experience with efficient recycling and sustainable waste treatment.

We were on site in Kenya and Zimbabwe to occasionally visit “recycling companies” and to assess their current situation. Consultation sessions with in-house experts followed these visits via Skype and Microsoft Teams.
